Nickajack Overlook

Place was decorated so cute and modernized. Perfect price point! Owner was so responsive to every question, gave suggestions, AND he went out of the way TWICE to buy marshmallow roasting sticks for us and dropped them at the house before we arrived aAND separately brought us a cooler and straps to use for our 8 hour UTV excursion. Plenty of firewood, great view , and hot tube was great! Definitely will stay again if we are in the area!

Nickajack Outlook truly exceeded our expectations! The view from the home is absolutely breathtaking. The house was spotless—one of the cleanest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in. Every room was fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the book/binder of local recommendations—it was super helpful for planning our outings. David was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and very responsive.

Just absolutely lovely place. Pick any window at any angle and you have a greeting card or calendar worthy picture. Comfortable beds and furniture. And that hot tub. Man. After a day of nonstop walking, that thing is a livesaver. lol There's not really anything super close by for shopping or food, but the interstate is right down the road, so anywhere you wanna get is pretty quick to get to. Just keep in mind the time change if you're making plans in Chattanooga. All in all, a very relaxing place to stay, with a pretty quick access to everything, without the headache of being slap in the middle of it all.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The Overlook is a peaceful, quiet retreat. The beds are comfortable, and the space is clean and well decorated. The back yard was our favorite! Super private and we loved the hot tub! Finally, the location was great. 20 minutes into Chattanooga without staying IN the city. We will definitely book again!

We had a great stay here! The place was perfect and so peaceful. The view was stunning. It’s an easy drive to Chattanooga to explore. David was very responsive and helpful with anything needed. Even though the house is right by the road it was so quiet. The beds were very comfy and all the amenities were just as described. Will definitely stay again!

Three friends on a spring break trip to go hiking! Beautiful home that was clean and within 30 minutes of where we wanted to hike and visit. David was super responsive and proactive with communication which put my mind at ease! Instructions for checking in and out were very clear. Price was super reasonable - hot tub and outdoor space was such a nice bonus, not to mention the view! 😍 my friends and I appreciated the extra little amenities like spices, creamer, laundry pods… things we didn’t need a lot of and didn’t have to buy once we got there. The only thing we wished we knew beforehand was that the bathroom had the only mirrors, so for three girls, we had to get creative and work out our timing 😅 I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone - you’ll feel relaxed and at home immediately!!

My guys absolutely loved this place. Extremely clean and the beds were niiiiice. Hot tub was awesome too! Very nice shower as well. Also loved the TVs. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at this place on Nickajack Lake! The home was spotless, comfortable and the home was just as described. I love that the host had a welcoming living room. Most bnb places have one couch that’s less than comfortable for a stay. We loved the comfort of this place! We would recommend and definitely stay again!

Great house for my family of 3. Gave us plenty of space and amazing amenities. Absolutely spotless and allowed us to check in early. I would highly recommend as it was only 20 minutes from Chattanooga and a very easy drive.

Host was accommodating and friendly. It was a good little mountain getaway stop for us to relax for a day between travel. The view of the lake and bridges was beautiful.
