Place was decorated so cute and modernized. Perfect price point! Owner was so responsive to every question, gave suggestions, AND he went out of the way TWICE to buy marshmallow roasting sticks for us and dropped them at the house before we arrived aAND separately brought us a cooler and straps to use for our 8 hour UTV excursion. Plenty of firewood, great view , and hot tube was great! Definitely will stay again if we are in the area!

The Martin Springs Cabin was sublime. It was easy to get to, easy to get in, and extremely cozy. You can hear the highway, but it does not drown out the birds, insects, conversation, or detract from the surroundings in general. Highly recommend.

David’s place was the perfect spot to stay for our trip to Adventure Offroad Park. He was very accommodating and the cabin was exactly as described in the listing. I would choose to stay here again on future trips.

Nickajack Outlook truly exceeded our expectations! The view from the home is absolutely breathtaking. The house was spotless—one of the cleanest vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in. Every room was fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the book/binder of local recommendations—it was super helpful for planning our outings. David was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and very responsive.

The cabin was just perfect for our long weekend stay! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub too! And yes, you can hear the highway, but the host has provided earplugs and white noise machines that make it almost unnoticeable, and the convenience makes it worthwhile! Thanks for a great stay!

This was my second time staying here, David was friendly and responsive. The place was everything i wqnted and more. The late night hot tub and cigar( I added an adult beverage) sitting out side with nature. Your problems melt away.

Just absolutely lovely place. Pick any window at any angle and you have a greeting card or calendar worthy picture. Comfortable beds and furniture. And that hot tub. Man. After a day of nonstop walking, that thing is a livesaver. lol There's not really anything super close by for shopping or food, but the interstate is right down the road, so anywhere you wanna get is pretty quick to get to. Just keep in mind the time change if you're making plans in Chattanooga. All in all, a very relaxing place to stay, with a pretty quick access to everything, without the headache of being slap in the middle of it all.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great as it is close to hiking areas, restaurants, and Chattanooga without being too busy! The house itself was beautiful inside and out. It was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with anything we could have needed. The hot tub was extremely nice and clean. It was very spacious. The sound of the interstate was not bad once you got inside and if you are a light sleeper, David provided ear plugs and white noise machines to cover the sound of the interstate. However, the interstate sounds should not deter you from this stay because the house, host, and location are all excellent and outweigh the noise. 100% recommend and will be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The Overlook is a peaceful, quiet retreat. The beds are comfortable, and the space is clean and well decorated. The back yard was our favorite! Super private and we loved the hot tub! Finally, the location was great. 20 minutes into Chattanooga without staying IN the city. We will definitely book again!

The home is BEAUTIFUL. I would definitely come back. Just because of how peaceful it was! David was an awesome host. He responded to every question and concern that was had about the place! It was much appreciated and quite frankly the getaway that myself and my family needed! lots of stuff to do if your willing to travel a little bit! All in all it was worth every penny spent!
